Bienvenidos FRC ELA

We are excited to announce our new location in East Los Angeles. Our Family Resource Center provides mental health services, a family preservation program, wrapraround services, an HIV, HEP C and substance abuse prevention program for youth ages 13 – 24. Services are provided in English and Spanish. 

Mental health services include: Individual, family, or group therapy, problem-solving treatment focused on home or school issues, treatment to help children heal from trauma or cope with challenges, Therapeutic Behavior Services, which offers intensive one-onone services to children, crisis intervention, medication support services, and school-based services. 

You may be eligible for mental health services if 1) you are enrolled in Medi-Cal or 2) you have infants, children, or young adults up to 21 years old who need services. 

Family Preservation program includes: In-home outreach counseling, child-focused activities, parent training and substitute adult role model training, transportation, and referrals to a wide array of services.

Family Resource Centers offer numerous community-based programs and services that provide parenting classes, mental health support, and additional crucial resources for vulnerable children and families throughout Los Angeles County, including the San Gabriel Valley and Pasadena. >

Youth Moving On, with support from The Everychild Foundation, provides former foster youth affordable quality housing and numerous support services to help them become responsible, self-sufficient adults. >
